Padded headboard DIY – Padded headboards add a look of comfort and luxury to a room, but they are not always affordable. Making your own headboard is a suitable solution for those who want a new look in their room, but do not want the expense of buying a new headboard. DIY headboards have the added benefit of being fully customizable, so if you want to escape to send the traditional rectangle, then it’s a matter of using a circular saw to the shape of the base of plywood fit. Similarly, foam thickness and size are all yours to choose when you make it yourself.

To make a padded headboard DIY, Lay the fabric flat on the ground, wrong way, and smoothing out any wrinkles. Lay the batting on top of the fabric, and then place the foam piece on top of the fabric and batting. Finally, place the multiplex on the top of the foam, batting, and dust. Make sure that if there is a design on the fabric, the plywood and foam are aligned right with it. Pull the back of the fabric and batting on the back of the plywood, stapling one staple at the top, then stretch the fabric stapled one down. Staple one staple every two centimeters, alternating top and bottom, and from left to right.
